' City Attorney Paul Hauge reviewed a request on behalf of Dunn 6 Curry Real
Estate Management, Inc., for payment for the storm seaer easements on the Fish
Lake storm sewer interceptor on the basis of the standard pa}~nent schedule. There
vas discussion by the City Engineer and it was understood that Dunn & Curry
would not request payment for the stocln sewer ponding area on the Fish Lake

The City Attorney submitted a request on behalf of the a[totneys Eor Mr.
Robin Geiger, the owner of Makin' Magic, covering appeal court costs relacing
to the ac[ion braught by "ir. Geiger against [he City. Mr. Hauge explairied the
City is required on the basis of stacutory provisions to pay these costs.
