Addition) on property east of Blue Cross Blue Shield, south of Yankee Doodle Rd,
west of the City of Eagan Maintenance Facility and southwest of Terra Glenn Addition
in the northwest quarter of Section 16 was approved.
TC 26. The final payment for Contract 02-10 (Dodd Rd, Diffley Rd to Wescott Rd - Street &
Utility Improvements) in the amount of $4,500 to Valley Paving, Inc was approved
and the improvements for perpetua] City maintenance were accepted subject to
warranty provisions.
TC 27. A special assessment policy and settlement agreement for Lebanon Hills Regional
Pazk was approved and the Mayor and City Clerk were authorized to execute all
related documents, subject to Dakota County and Metropolitan Council execution of
the agreements, dismissal of the assessment appeal and payment of the Dodd Rd
assessment.
TC 28. The draft feasibility report for Project 916 (St Francis Woods 151- 3`d/5`h Additions -
S[reet Improvements) was received and a public hearing was scheduled for Noverriber
16, 2004.
TC 29. The public hearing for the vacation of a portion of a public drainage and utility
easement on Lot 4, Block 5, Pines Edge ls` Addition (539 White Pine Way) was
closed, the vacation approved and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk were authorized
to execute all related documents.
JDH/Mike 30. A variance for Bradford L. Pickens to exceed the 20% maximum building lot coverage

located at 3070 Lexington Ave was approved; a preliminary planned development for '
Max Steininger to allow an office on one lot, a contractor's yard and residential use on
the other lot and to enter into a sunset agreement to allow the continued residential use
for the above-referenced property was approved; and a preliminary subdivision
(Clubview Addition) of 5 acres to create 2 lots for property on said property was
