Third Additions/Ches Mar First Addition
In official action that was taken by the Eagan City Council
at a regular meeting held on Tuesday, October 2, 1979, the
petition submitted by residents of Wilderness Run First and
Third Additions and the Ches Mar First Addition was accepted
and the Consulting Engineer, Mr. Bob Rosene, was ordered
to prepare feasibility studies for the installation of
street lights according to current City street lighting
ordinance.
Mr. Rosene was asked to expedite the study as quickly as
possible. Once the study is reviewed by the City Council,
a Public Hearing will be set and all residents affected
by the proposed improvements will be legally noticed of
that meeting.
