The City of Eagan has since constructed a storm sewer trunk main which connects Thomas Lake with Blackhawk Lake which will now control the water level of East and West Thomas Lake. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,769. Also enclosed is a release which was prepared by the City Attorney for your signature. The release is a focm of an agreement between you, as a property owner, and the City of Eagan stating that you will now release the City of Eagan from any liabilities, obligations, or claims regarding the damage to the property as payment has been made to repair the damages caused by the rise of Thomas Lake.
