The grant of the foregoing easement for driveway purposes includes the right of Grantees,
their contractors, agents and servants to enter upon the Easement Area. By accepting this
easement, Grantees shall be required to undertake the necessary snow plowing and maintenance
to the Easement Area.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is strictly understood that nothin~ herein contained shall
diminish Grantor's right, title and interest, in and to the tract of land described above and Grantor
may, in Grar~tor's sole discretion, relocate said driveway easement as may be determined by
Grantor in its sole discretion.
Grantor covenants with Grantees, their successors and assigns, that Grantor is the owner

equipment to use the Easement Area for the purpose of utility maintenance, inspection and
operation. No obstructions such as trees, shrubs, fences, buildings, gazdens, stored or inoperable
vehicles/boats/~ailers, etc. will be permitted to occupy this easement azea in such a manner or
location as to resh-ict the City's access needs without prior written approval by the City. Any costs
incurred for removal of any obstructions for access usage by the City will be the financial
responsibility of the individual lot owner.
The Landowners, their heirs and assigns, do covenant with the City, its successors and
assigis, that they aze the owners of the premises aforesaid and have good right to grant and convey
tne easement hereui to the City.
