Tom, attached find a proposed landscape p1an for Oak Chase Park that will be installed on the west
pmperty lme as replacements for buch u~ees removed by NSP easement contractor. The majority of
the plants are teclmy azboivitae mees (mature size of 12-15 ft height and 6-8' width). This p4wt was
selected to serve as a visual and sound berrier. T'his mw of trees is placed ten feet away from the
driveway to allow for a six-foot clear wne for snow re~vaL Additional plants are proposed to be
mstalled on "the park side" of this planting.

All plant material is to be purchased and installed by private contractor. If substitutes need to be made
they will be appmved by the Supervisor of Forestry. A landscape contract agreement will include one
year maintenance (watering) and plant guarantee.
Total cost of plazrt mazerial is $2,062 (tax mcluded). To have this installed by a contractor, you can
double the cost. There will aLso be a cost added for site preparation and mulch I would assume that
bids will come m at azo~md $4,500 to $5,000. I have talked with NSP about some type of cost share
with this pmject. There is a good chance of this occurring, but to date I do not have a defmite answer
as to how much their assistance will be.

HVAC All we did is take the existing ductwork that was running up the middle of room, and offset it to
the back wall, in 4 season porch.
The duct was coming straight off the furnace up the middle of the room, up through the open area with
railing. They did not want it there, and had us move to back wall as you see. Yes this did require an
elbow off furnace and offset on next floor. Other than that nothing else changed , such as size or
anything else. Not a major remodel.
