Most of the alluvial deposition has occured at the West and South portions of the dwelling and garage areas. Hand Auger Probes in the South and lVest portions of the lot revealed 2-S feet of soft-stiff, iaet silty clav, and clayey silt. This material is compressible. Penetrometer readinQS were taken indicatine a soil bearin¢ pressure of onlv 500-900 p.s.f. A moisture sample of this material showed a water content of 280.
