"JUnk Yard' - An area whete used, waste, dis- carded or salvaged materials are bou9ht, sold, exchanged, stored, baled, cleaned, abandoned, packed, disassembled, or handled, including but not limited to scrap iron, and other metals, tags, paper, rubber products, bottles and lumber.
