I met with Tom Wallisch on 3-8-86 at 8:00 A.M. and discussed our snow plowing
operation in his cul-de-sac.
We both agreed that the City will move the snow by his drive that extends in-
to the street. I also said we would replace any shrubs on his property that
we damaged by winging back, but not on the boulevard because this area is £or
snow and our ordinance prohibits shrubs or obstacles on the boulevards.
On 3-10-86 at 2:00 P.M. I talked to Mr. Wallisch on the phone and told him to
write a letter to the City explaining his situation and we would reply. He
said he would but he wants to meet with you by Wednesday to look at the damage
or he would call "Bea".
He says we maliciously destroyed his bushes and wants us to replace anything
we damaged.

As we discussed by telephone on Thursday, April 3, the City
Council was extremely supportive of the existing snow plowing
policy. They indicated to Mr. Wallisch, after his presentation,
comments by the staff and their rebuttal and their reassurance
that the City would make every effort in future years to:
1} Plow close to his driveway.
2) Stack the snow in areas that least impact any of the
residents on the cul-de-sac.
3) Wing the snow on the street when necessary.
I realize their advice and resolution with Mr. Wallisch is no
different then our policy and effort by the Maintenance crew,
however, a friendly lettez to Mr. Wallisch indicating a good
faith effort in the future might be in order.

Regarding follow up issues for Furnace Inspection EAI50087- Fenner, 1270 Vildmark Dr, Eagan, MN 55123
Below please find the email from Dakota Electric concerning the placement of the meter socket and the furnace exhaust.
I have also attached two pictures showing the carbon monoxide detector I have installed as we discussed. It is located
next to the smoke detector, above a closet door that is within 6 feet of all three bedrooms. I have attached pictures from
both directions.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Please show this email to the electrical inspector and tell them that Dakota Electric is ok with the location of the
electrical meter socket in relation to the furnace exhaust as shown in the picture below. We appreciate the inspector
checking with us on this installation. Given the significant distance between the furnace exhaust and the meter socket, I
do not see an issue occurring from the furnace exhaust condensation. If the electrical inspector has any questions, or
just wants to follow up, please have them call my cell phone 952 237-6312.
