Thanks for the email. Pam did pass on some information on the proposed storage shed.
The easements on the property were dedicated for sanitary sewer, water main, and pond flood storage. The
easement in the area where you wish to place the shed is primarily for pond flood storage, if a large storm event
causes the pond to rise into your yard. If you wish to place a shed in that easement, please be aware that it may
be subject to flooding at some time. The shed should also be constructed without footings in the unlikely event it
may have to be moved in an emergency sanitary sewer repair. The shed is acceptable within the easement area,
if the possibility of flooding is acceptable to you, and it is constructed without footings.

My name is Mark Jesh and my family and I just moved into 1401 Vince Trail (Lot 1, Block 3,
Kennerick Second Addition). I spoke with Pam Dudziak this morning and she referred me to you. I
would like to place a storage shed in my back yard. I would like to clear some of the poison ivy out
from the back of my property and put it there - avoiding the sanitary sewer and water lines. T, being an
engineer myself, will work with my landscaper to maintain the grade in Yhe area while making the shed
level. We will use limestone as a base to provide proper drainage in the area.
