This letter is to verify that Thorson Homes Inc. has abided by the City of Eagan's Tree
Preservation Ordinance on Lot 8, Block 1, Kennerick Second Addition.
During a site visit on January 14'h, 2004, all significant trees designated to be saved were
observed on the lot and are in good health. No tree preservation plan was available for trris
development.
The house has been staked. Tree protection fencing should be placed outside of the dripline of
all trees to be saved. Future grading and construction should not have a negative effect on these
trees.
