portion of your property at the above address. Stan Lexvold with the City's Engineering
MEG I'[LLEY Division met with you to discuss your cancem on June 21, 2002. Your concem

on the storm sewer improvement adjacent to your property I was informed that your

drainage restricrion was related to the grading of that portion of your yard. It is likely
that the ground surface of this portion of your yard is naturally low or was constructed at
its current elevation during the construction of your home.
