Thank you for your careful consideration of the Diamond T Ranch Development. There are man~
challenging issues facing this development and we are pleased with the outcome of the May 25`
APC meeting. We look forward to leam of the new plan to be submitted by Toll Brothers. It is
assuring to know that the APC will consider what is best for the future of Eagan and its current
residents.
While we have no objection to the land being developed we would like to see the development
consistent with the surrounding area. Single family lots are in high demand in Eagan and these
types of lots would extremely reduce the need to eliminate over 81% of the existing, mature trees.
Residents in the area have purchased their property on wooded lots which back up to ponds for a
reason. Piease help existing neighbors retain their property as quiet and beautiful as it is
presently.
We would also like to be assured that the Geanup of this land be overseen by an outside party.
We understand that this land and ponds have and may suffer many pollution issues with the
movement of trees and stockpiles of manure.
Also, please keep Wellington Way the cul-de-sac it was represented as by the original developer
18 years ago and to all homebuyers who desired to and moved to the cul-de-sac since then. It is
circular at the end, not a°stub streeY as referred to during the last APC meeting. A bike path for
emergency access would likely be acceptable by all neighbors.
Traffic will definitely be an issue on Pilot Knob Road with the completion of the developmeM. With
this development running into millions of dollars is R inappropriate to suggest that Toll Brothers
provide a traffic light on Pilot Knob Road? We believe it should be provided by Toll Brothers.
