CITY OF EAGAN (hereinafter called "THE CITY") and STEVEN L. DEVICH

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT dated this G?N day of October, 1988, between THE
CITY OF EAGAN (hereinafter called "THE CITY") and STEVEN L. DEVICH
