Under the above-referenced City contract, the City will be install- _
ing sanitary sewer and storm sewer down the common lot lines of the
above-referenced lots during 1986. Attached please find a copy of
the site plan layout showing the configuration o£ the permanent and
tenporary easement configuration dedicated over each of the
above-referenced lots.
Because of the pending construction activity and the extent of the
pernanent and temporary easements required for the installation of
these utilities, no building permits should be issued on these lots
until the expiration of the temporary easements (Decenber 31, 1986),
or completion and written acceptance of the public improvements by
the Engineering Division, whichever occurs first.
Your cooperation in helping to protect the integrity of these
easements will be greatly appreciated by the Engineering Division
and the contractor involved.
