Councilmember Carlson moved, Councilmember Bakken seconded a molion to approve a 3-foot
Variance to the 10-foot side yud setback requirement for Lot b, Block 2, Sunrise Hills located in the SE 1/4
of Section 14.
James Grinddand, applicant stated that he had obtained signahues from his neighbors inditating
their support of the variance requesk
There being no one else wistwtg W speak, Mayor Awada closed the public hearing.
Councilmember Masin stated that the fact that an error occurred by the homebuilder in the
original positloning of ttte dwelling was not a valid hazdship. Mr. Grindeland explained the reasons for
the posiaoning error.
