I apologize for the confusion with this roofing job when I called the city to pull the permit she indicated to just
put it in the notes when I pull the permit online so when I did that it did not indicate we needed the additional
inspection.
Scope
We removed and replaced 4 square of roofing material over 1 slope of kitchen roof
(2 rows of I&w at eave,new 30#felt to remaining areas,starter strip at eave and rake,new shingles over entire area)
We removed and replaced 8 sheets of 7/16"OSB over same slope,nailed every 6"on edges,and every 12"in the field with 8d framing nails
(as Per Code)

R803.2.1 Identification and grade.
Wood structural panels shall conform to DOC PS 1, DOC PS 2 or, when manufactured in Canada, CSA
0437 or CSA 0325, and shall be identified for grade, bond classification, and Performance Category by a
grade mark or certificate of inspection issued by an approved agency.
Wood structural panels shall comply with the grades specified in Table R503.2.1.1(1).

The maximum allowable spans for wood structural panel roof sheathing shall not exceed the values set
forth in Table R503.2.1.1(1), or APA E30.
