Dear Mr. & Mrs. Andrews:
At your request, I inspected your home at 4225 South Robert Trail to check the footings and
foundation for structural integrity after the July 7th rainstorm. My observation revealed the
following:
• foundation walls were falling in
• support walls were not under bearing points of the walls
• no footings under block walls and no frost protection
It is my feeling that the structural integrity of the home will be compromised if you try to raise it
and repair the foundation. If you do not choose to demolish the foundation, you must repair it
immediatelv to prevent the further collapse of your home.
