The Owner shall provide and execute any and all documents necessary to implement the recording of this agreement. 2. Notice. The recording of this document shall constitute notice to all owners and future owners of property in the SUNII+fER PLACE SECOND ADDITION subdivision that Lots 1-8, Block 1 and Lots 1-13, Block 2 are in a high water pressure zone and that a pressure reducing valve shall be installed in each home below the elevation of 966 feet.
