Before the full building permit is released, the following items need to be addressed, and the PD Agreement will need to be recorded. The PD Agreement is at our City Attorney's office for signature, and I expect to deliver it to you next week for signature by the CDA. We need the revised Site Lighting Plan for the building permit. The Lighting Plan was revised for the Planned Development, but the old Lighting Plan was submitted for the building permit. Page 1 of 1 We also need some revisions to the Landscape Plan for screening of mechanical equipment on the north side. The plan shows a row of several a/c condenser units on the north side of the building The staff report noted that mechanicals should be screened with shrubs (both deciduous and evergreen), and screening was made a condition of the PD approval. The Landscape Plan submitted with the building permit shows perennials rather than shrubs around the equipment. The Landscape Plan should be revised to provide shrubs as required in the PD approval. Thank you and let me know if you have any questions. AS THIS IS NOT REQUIRED BY CODE, WE WOULD PREFER TO RETAIN THE ARRANGEMENT SHOWN SINCE THIS PARKING IS FOR RESIDENTS ONLY AND SENIOR FACILITIES RARELY HAVE RESIDENTS DRIVING HCAP VANS SO THE CHALLENGE OF BACKING IN THE VAN MAY NEVER BE REALIZED. 3.
