as follows: Commencing ot Point A which point is 425 feet
southerly of the northeasterly corner of said Lot 9, thence
from said point to Point B which point is northerly of ond
406.5 feet distant from Point A on o straight line which
extended intersects with a point on the northerly line of Lot
9, lying 190 feet westerly of the northeosteriy corner u` said
