NOTICE - Inability to Complete Sewer Inspection
Leslie Condon
4733 Covington Court
Eagan, MN 55122
Dear Property Owner,
The City of Eagan attempted to inspect the sanitary sewer service at:
4733 Covington Court, Eagan, MN 55122 on February 10, 2010
We appreciate your cooperation with our Citywide Inflow and Infiltration Program by
setting up the initial appointment. However, it appears that the inspection could not be
completed due to:
A lack of access to a necessary entry port, specifically the final cleanout which is
potentially located at 24. 5ft from the stack cleanout.
In order to receive a Certificate of Compliance to City Code, the inspection must be
completed.
It will be necessary for you to remove the restriction and provide access to your sewer
service line to allow the completion of the inspection. If necessary, you may want to
contact a plumber or sewer contractor to assist you in providing this access. Once you
have made possible our ability to access your sewer service line, please call 651-470-
2788 to reschedule the appointment."
To reschedule your appointment
Contact SEH by phone at: 651-470-2788, or
by e-mail at: tvannote@sehinc.com
Thank you in advance for your continued cooperation and environmental stewardship.
