The following issues were discussed and conclusions were reached: 1. The house placement is currently too close to the critical root zone of trees 1508 and 1489. If the house stays where it is these trees will be counted as "removed "(i.e. considerable encroachment is occurring within the trees critical root zone). 2. To alleviate #1 above the house will be shifted to the northwest using the southwest corner of the house as the pivot point. 3. Trees number 1480 and 1481 will be removed. 4. Tree protection (concrete barriers) will be placed as far away as possible from tree 1508 5. A new Certificate of Survey shall be submitted that shows revised house placement and revised tree preservation /removal. 6. Non - significant trees (1472, 1474, 1475, 1477, 1491, 1496, 1499, 1506, 1507, and 1509) should be indicated as such on your tree inventory and map. Please refer to the attached Tree preservation Calculation Worksheet. Required tree mitigation now calculates to 12 Category B trees (or 6 Category A trees). I need something in writing as to how this mitigation will be fulfilled (it can occur on this lot or on other lots within your development).
