This Amendment of Declaration of Easements (Amending
Document Number 1646996). is made this. 29th day of
November , 1999, by CSM Lodging, L.L.C., a Delaware..
limited liability company (hereinafter deferred to_ as
"Declarant ").
WHEREAS, the Declarant is the fee owner of land described
as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, TownePlace Suites Addition,
Dakota County, Minnesota (hereinafter referred to the
"Land ");
WHEREAS, the Declarant executed that certain Declaration of
Easements dated October ,14, 1999, filed Octo 18, 1999,
as Document Number 1646996, Office of County.Recorder,
Dakota County, Minnesota, creating various reciprocal
.easements over portions of the Land for .the benefit of
portions of the Land;
WHEREAS, Declarant desires to amend the_descdiptions of the
easements over, under and across the Land as described in
Exhibits A -4, A -6 and B-6 attached to said Declaration of
Easements filed as Document Number 1646996.

hereby replaced and amended to read as shown on the
attached Revised Exhibit A -4, Revised Exhibit A and
Revised. Exhibit B -6.
This Amendment shall inure to and run with and benefit the
Land, and shall be binding upon the heirs, legal
representatives, successors and assigns of the parties
hereto.

An easement, 20 feet wide, over, under and across Lot 1, Block 1, Towneplace Suites
Addition, the centerline of said easement being described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence South 63 degrees 18
minutes 20 seconds East along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 60.51
feet; thence South 23 degrees 07 minutes 14 seconds West along the north line of
said Lot 1 a distance of 76.26 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 15
