The bid was from: • Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 1424 3rd Street, Minneapolis, MN 55411 • Aaron Larson's estimated costs to do work The quote was for labor and materials As part of our Inflow and infiltration program the City of Eagan will reimburse the homeowner 50% of the costs incurred to remove clearwater from our sanitary sewer system Richard & Diane Larson's son, Aaron Larson, will be completing the work. The estimated cost of materials and equipment is $42.06; therefore, the estimated cost of reimbursement is $21.03 They will provide the city with detailed receipts and costs associated with the replacement piping and redirecting the piping to the outside of the home. The homeowners were made aware that neither permits, nor sump pumps can be included in the reimbursement costs It is not required for the homeowners to install a sump pump as part of this program.
