SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2012

EAGAN ROOM — EAGAN MUNICIPAL CENTER
City Council members present: Mayor Maguire, Councilmembers Bakken, Fields, Hansen and Tilley.
City Staff present: City Administrator Hedges and Assistant City Administrator Miller. Also present was
Richard Fursman, consultant with Brimeryer Fursman, LLC.
I. ROLL CALL AND ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Councilmember Tilley moved, Councilmember Hansen seconded a motion to adopt the agenda as
presented. Aye:5 Nay:0
II. VISITORS TO BE HEARD
There were no visitors to be heard.
III. CITY ADMINISTRATOR SEARCH PROCESS UPDATE
The City Council met with recruiter Richard Fursman to select City Administrator applicants to be invited
for interviewing on January 17 & 18, 2013.
There was no other business to be heard.

Councilmember Fields moved, Councilmember Tilley seconded a motion to adjourn at 10:15 p.m.
