Board of Supervisors convened a public hearing pursuant to published and nk• mailed notice concerning proposed sanitary ewer and water trunk improvements � � r a 14".' covering Public Improvement Project #29. Those present were Klein, Rahn, ;,'; Bolke, Rosana, Olsen and Hauge. It was noted that numerous property owners kP ' ;'' affected were present at the hearing. i.'r f:. tom,; The town engineer reviewed the proposed sanitary trunk improvements and in addition the proposed water main extension in the area noticed for t hearing. Mr. James Olsen, the fiscal consultant, reviewed the financing at',,' proposal for the project and also the projected assessments.
