A special meeting of the Eagan City Council was held on Thursday, September 12, 2002 at
5:00 p.m. at the Eagan Municipal Center. Councilmembers Bakken, Carlson, and Fields were
present, along with City Administrator Hedges, Assistant to the City Administrator Lord, and
City Clerk Karels.

There were no visitors to be heard.

CANVASS OF BALLOTS/SEPTEMBER 10, 2002 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY
Acting Mayor Fields called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Administrator Hedges
submitted the results of the Municipal Primary Election held on September 10, 2002. Acting
Mayor Fields moved and Councilmember Carlson seconded a motion to certify the results of the
September 10, 2002 Municipal Primary Election, with all members voting in favor.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m.
