A Special I~neeting of the Eagan City Council was held on March 30,
1976 at 5:00 p.m. at Eagan City Hall. All members were present except
Councilman Rydrych. Also present was Erwin Helmken, Agent of Record
for Group Health Insurance. The purpose of the meeting was to award
the bid for Group Health Insurance for City Employees Group Health
Insurance.
Upon motion of Smith, seconded by TnTachter, all members voting yes
it was RESOLVED that the contract for Group Health Insurance be awarded
to Mutual Service Life Insurance Company. A tabulation of bids received
is attached to the minutes.
X3,000 General Obligation Bonds of 1976. Upon motion of Rahn,
seconded by Smith, it was RESOLVED to ratify the sale of X633,000
General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1976, fix the form and speci-
fications thereof, provide for their execution and delivery and levy
taxes for their payment.
Street Improvements in Cedar Grove g and 11. Upon motion by
Wachter, seconded by Smith, it was RESOLV~;D to authorize the Engineer
to prepare a preliminary report for street improvements in Cedar Grove
9 and 11.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
