MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EAGAN CITY COUNCIL
EAGAN, MINNESOTA
AUGUST 13, 1981
A special meeting of the Eagan City Council was held on August 13,
1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Eagan City Hall. Those members present were Mayor
Blomquist, Councilmembers Egan, Parranto, Smith and Wachter. Also present was
City Administrator Hedges and Director of Finance/City Clerk VanOverbeke.
CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
The City Council held a regular meeting of the Cable Television
Advisory Committee. Minutes of that meeting are recorded as official minutes
of a regular meeting of the Cable Television Advisory Committee held on August
13, 1981.
1982 BUDGET SESSION #2
The City Administrator presented budgetary worksheets which included
departmental recommendations and budgetary adjustments presented by the City
Administrator. After reviewing the data, the City Administrator was directed
to provide a new analysis of the proposed 1982 budget that would include three
(3) new columns: (1) Level of Service, (2) New Service or Program, and (3)
Final Adjustment by the City Administrator. Members of the City Council also
requested additional information regarding the proposed 1982 mill levy.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00
p.m.
