MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEEl'ING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, EAGAN '.rOWNSHIP
MARCH 28, 1961
A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Eagan Township
was held on March 28~, 1961 at 8:00 0' clock P.M. pursuant to notice
at the residence of Louis Fischer, Clerk, at which all members were
present except Louis Trapp.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that Clerk
Louis Fischer, be and hereby is, authorized and empowered to engage
the services of a Secretary on a part time basis at the rate of $1.50
per hour to aid in the clerical and stenographic work of the township.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED that hence-
forth Clerk Louis Fischer be,and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to issue all building permits for the township and to maintain appro-
priate records therefore.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
