A special meeting ot the Board of Supervisors was held on October
25Sb. 1961 at 8:00 0' clock P.M. at the Town Hall at which all members
were present.
Chairman Rabn presided. The census teitel's for the purpo.e of
preparation of the petition for incorporation reported a total cenSUS
of 4,724 inhabitants in Ea.gan Township as ot this date. Chairm8J'l Rahn
turned over the census figures together with the census map to the town
.~neer tor further processing in preparation of the petition.
Mr. Frank Hasselman appeared on behalf of his application for a
building permit tor a new warehouse to be constructed immediately adja-
cent to his present building near the intersection of Highway No. l'
and Blackhawk Road. said building to be constructed with corrugated
metal siding with dimensions of 40' x 115', 16' sides, and a height of
22' 8" to the crown of the roof, S81'De to be painted the identical color
as the main building alter aging througll the spring ot 1962. Estimated
coat of said structure was between $4,800 and $5,800. Upon motion dul:1
made by Chairman Rahn and seconded by Supervisor Schwanz, it was RE-
SOLVED that a building permit be, and it hereby is, granted subject to
the approval of the Advisory Planning Committe. as to the type and stnc-
tura1 aspects of said building.
Application was pre,ented by Cedar Grove Construction C~ tor
buildin& permits for 17 homes together with its check in the sum of S2?5
tor tees. Upon motion du~ made by Supe rvisor Schwanz and seconded b1
Supervisor Trapp. it was RESOLVED that said permits be, and the earae here-
b1 are approved and issued. Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
