DAKOTA COUNTY BOA='.D OF COMMISSICNER3
A joint meeting of the Board of Supervisors and the Dakota County
Boa,-d of Commissioners was held on February 16, 1965 at 7:00 o'clock
P. M. at the Eagan Town &11 at which a quorum of each Boa~d was present.
Chairman Rahn presided, steting the purpose of the meeting to be
the proposal by the Board of County Commissioners for the extension of
Cliff Road and County Road No. 30 to the westerly boundary line of the
Township. Discussion was had regarding the cost, the gas tax accumulation
(which was noted to be $8,551) and the method of acquiring the appropriate
easements for the construction.

Rahn, the resolution as s'~r).''':::at?;y set forth and cttached to these
minutes was duly adopted.,' ,d thi'l Town Attorney was directed to forward
a copy of the resolution to the County Board prior to its meeting on
February 23, lS65.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
