The Board of Supervisors of Eagan Tcwnship, Dakota County, Minn.
met at the Eagan Tcwn Hall on Co. Rd. #31 on June 30,' 1964 at 9:00
o'clock A.M. All manbers of the Board were present together with
Eagan Township Assessor, Dallas Savage and Mr. John Krueger and
Robert Meiers of the Dakota County Assessors office.
Chairman Rahn called the meeting to order--this meeting being
held to review and correct the assessment of Fl'operty in Eagan Twp.
for the year 1964.
On mot ion of Klein, second Schwanz aye Rahn the Board granted a
reduction in real estate evaluation of 1200 T & F to Lester Hanson
for Parcel No. 3592, L5 Bl 2 Country Home Heights. It was noted that
he had been assessed incorrectly for a swimming pool which actually
belonged on L 9 Bl 2.
On motion of Klein second Schwanz the Board moved to reject
the application of Richard A. Kirch for a reduction in real estate
evaluation to 700 for Parcel No. 3056, L 3 Bl 1 Timberline.

On motion of Rahn second Schwanz the Board recommended a re-
duction be granted in evaluation to Clement Carlson from 1642 to 1248 for
Parcel No. A3111 L 3 Bl 5 Twin View Manor.
The Board reviewed all the personal property and real estate
assessments for Eagan Township for 1964, found them to be correct
and accepted them and signed the books.
On motion the Board accepted the claim of Dallas Savage, Assessor
in the amount of $1500 yearly salary and $133.65 for mileage and
ordered the Cle rk to pay sane.
Mr. Krueger recommended that the hours for the Board of Review
for 1965 be shortened and the Board was in agreement.
On motion the meeting adjourned at 4:30 P. M., there being no
further business.
