Eagan Township, Dakota County, Minn.
June 10, 1969
A Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Eagan Township,
Dakota County was held at the Town Hall at 7:00 P.M. on June 10, 1969
at cahich Supervisor Rahn and Supervisor Uselmann were present togetJ^ier
with the Engineer, Robert Rosene.
Supervisor Rahn presided at the meeting. NTr. Rosene explained
the design, presented the plans and specifications for Bla.ckhawk P,oad
which will eventually be a State Aid Road.
Upon motion of Supervisor Uselmann, seconded by Supervisor Rahn,
it was RESOLVED that the plans and specifications for Blackhawk Road,
Project r~5, be approved, and it was further RESOLVED that bids be
taken for the above project on July 15 at 3:00 o'clock P.i~I.
Upon motion of Supervisor Rahn, seconded by Supervisor iJselmann,
it was RESOLVED that the Clerk be authorized to notify Parranto Realty
that, barring extenuating circumstances, the Township expects to
serve the mobile home site in Section 13 dlAring 1971.
Upon motion of Supervisor Rahn, seconded by Supervisor Uselmann,
the petition for sewer and water to Ridgeview Acres, anal the petition
for water to Blackhawk Hills were referred to the L~gineer for study.
Upon motion of Supervisor Rahn, seconded by Supervisor Uselma.nn,
it was RESOLVED that the Utility Permit for Northwestern Bell Co. on
Rahn Rd. from Hwy. 13 to Cliff Rd. be approved subject to the under-
standing that they will relocate their conduit if and when necessary
at the request of the Township for re-grading or other necessary
improvements to Rahn Rd.
Upon motion of Supervisor Uselmann, seconded by Supervisor Rahn,
it was RESOLVED that the bills as presented be approved, it was further
RESOLVED that the meeting be adjourned, inasmuch as there was no further
business.
