TOWN OF EAGAN, DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
May 11, 1970
A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Eagan,
Dakota County, Minnesota was held at the Town Hali on May 11, 1970 at 7:00 P,M„
at which sil members were present.
Mr. James Olsen, the Town Fiscal Consultant appeared regarding the
proposed $2,740,000 G.O. Improvement Bonds of 1970 and $150,000 G.O. Sewer
Bonds of 1970 and reviewed the proposed issues with the Board, After con-
siderable discussion, upon motion by Uselmann, seconded by Rahn, aye Klein,
it was RESOLVED that the sale of said 1970 bond issues mentioned above be
and they hereby are adopted and that bids be opened on May 27, 1970 at 7:00 P.M.
at the Town Hall.
Upon motion by Rahn, seconded by Uselmann, aye Klein, it was RESOLVED
that the regular Eagan Board meeting of June lb, 1970 be cancelled and re-
scheduled to June 30th, 1970 at the Town Hall.
There being no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned.
