TOWN OF EAGAN, DAKiOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA

A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Town of Eagan,
Dakota County, Minnesota was held at the Town Hall on May 2i, 1970 at 7:00 P.M,,
Those present were Chairman Klein and Supervisor Rahn. Supervisor Uselmann
was absent..
The Chairman announced the principal purpose of the meeting was to
receive and open bids concerning the sale of $2,740,000 G. 0. Improvement Bonds
and $150,000 G. 0. Sewer Bonds for 1970. The Chairman noted that no bids were
received for either bond sale. After discussion, upon nation by Klein,
seconded by Rahn, it was RESOLVED that the Clerk be and she hereby is author-
ized to readvertise for the sale of bonds in the sum of $2,740,000 G. 0.
Improvement Bonds on a three year basis and $150,000 G, 0. Sewer Bonds on a
fifteen year basis said bids to be received and opened at 7:00 P. M. on June 25,
1970.
Upon motion by Klein, seconded by Rahn, it was authorized that the
Town Clerk together with the advice of the Town Engineer be authorized to order
the surface aerators for the temporary sewage pond upon receipt of bids for
the aerators scheduled for June $, 1970.
Upon motion by Rahn, seconded by Klein, it was RESOLVER that the
plans and specifications covering Project #50, Part 1, be and they hereby are
accepted and approved and filed with the Clerk and that the Clerk be authorized
to advertise for bids for said project to be received and opened at 3;00 P.M. on
Tuesday, June 30, 1970.
Upon motion by Klein, seconded by Rahn, it was RESOLVED that the
contract with Hoffman Bros. Inc. covering Project #29, consisting of sanitary
sewer trunk facilities be and it hereby is approved and ordred executed by
the appropriate town officers,
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
