March 15, 1971
A special ,joint meeting of the Board of Supervisors, Advisory
Planning Commottee and larlt Board, Town of Eagan, was held at the Town
Ha11 on I•Iarch 15, 1971 at 7:30 ». Ai. at which the following members were
present;
Board o£ Supervisors: Chairman IZlein and Supervisor Uselmann
Advisory Planning Committee: Chairman Polzin and tlembers
Christenson, tJachter and Marble.
Park Boexd: Chairman Hall and Iyiembers Schmidt, Coates, Zrerguson
and Iiarris. Also present: Consultant Voss.
Chairman I:lein presided and stated the purpose of the meeting to be
consideration of Section 10.05 of Subdivision ordinance No. 10. Thereupon
the ,joint meeting was opened to general discussion by all members of the
Boards and Committee.
Upon conclusion of the extensive general discussion regarding the
appropriate approach to and warding of this section, the Town Attorney was
directed to prepare a proposed amended section providing for a maximum of
10% contribution by an owner or developer of all residentially Zoned areas
or in lieu thereof a cash payment per each living unit, which sum was
discussed but not agreed upon. The Board of Supervisors took the matter under
advisement for further action on the cash requirement.
There being no further business to come before the joint meeting,
upon motion made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned.
